So I'm working on a drawing for one of my best friend's birthdays.

It is probably the most detailed thing I have ever drawn and coloured.

I've been drawing for hours and hours. I have to say, I miss using a gradient background, after trying to perfect the background of this picture for a few days.


Anyway.. Anyone have a good, skin colouring tutorial for me to use? I've used about one hundred tutorials for this picture but I can't find one I like.

I feel sheepish returning now, after not having much to do with dA for a long, long time. It has been over a year since I updated this journal. So, wow.

Anyway, I have been looking at the art of everyone I have subscribed to, however I have not been commenting. Hopefully that will change now.


So... I have a tablet. It is very old. But I am in my school holidays and have time to kill.
